  • If they will not send it, ask what their charge is for the exact thing you are considering, and write down what they say.
  • Call two or three homes before you decide anything. In most towns the same service differs by thousands of dollars, and the least expensive home is often not the one you have heard of.
  • Nothing has to be decided today. A home that pushes you to sign now is telling you something about itself.
