Palos Verdes Funeral & Cremation Service

This covers basic Services & Facilities of Funeral Director & Palos Verdes Staff, transfer decedent into our care (within 30 Miles of Funeral Home), refrigeration (6 Days Included), the cremation container, the cremation charge itself, 1 Disposition Permit, 1 Certified Copy of the Death Certificate and all applicable fees and sales taxes. It does not cover certified copies of the death certificate, which are priced one at a time. Certified copy of the death certificate is already in this price. This home says so on its own price list, so there is nothing to add for it. Any sales tax is approximate, so ask the funeral home for the exact amount.

This price is the home's own package, the one it calls "Direct Cremation Package".

This list states what one certified copy of the death certificate costs. How many copies a family needs is not something this figure can know, so no amount for it is in the total. The list says: "Cremation Fee (over 275 pounds) | $3.25 per lbs Certified Death Certificate | $24 per copy"

The median across California is $2,188, from 324 posted price lists we have read.
